Why does it sometimes take an extra day or two to receive my repair parts that are shipped direct from Landoll Corporation?

A. The total number of Landoll and Brillion repair parts that are shipped daily from the Parts Distribution Center (PDC) has grown tremendously.  Trying to ship this higher volume of parts out of an already undersized facility has strained the entire parts system.  However, a new state of the art Parts Distribution facility broke ground in the fall of 2013 in Marysville, Kansas.  This new facility will afford improved parts order turn-a-round once it is up and running.
