The New Era in Field Cultivators

The Landoll 9600 Series Field Cultivator will help producers meet their timeline during the crucial spring and fall planting seasons.  Outstanding quality is designed and manufactured into every part; built in quality keeps the field cultivator performing without costly delays, day after day and season after season.

The 9600 Field Cultivator will handle high residue fields and provide the smooth, level seedbed producers expect.  Put the Landoll Field Cultivator to work in your operation and let it help increase your yields by delivering the perfect seedbed that is so important when it comes to emergence and uniform stands.

It Starts with the Frame

The 9600 Series Field Cultivator uses precision, laser-cut structural steel frame members that are robotically welded for ultimate strength and reliability.  Each frame features 135” fore-to-aft depth and 30” between ranks for maximum residue clearance.  A split the middle shank arrangement, with each shank spaced at 6”, provides excellent weed control, consistent soil mixing, outstanding residue flow and a level soil profile.

The Shanks

The shank is the heart and soul of the Landoll Field Cultivator, with options to choose from.  Spring tension shanks feature 190 lbs. of point load, 10” of trip height, 26 ½” of under frame clearance, 6” spacing, and 8” conventional wing sweeps with a 47-degree stem angle.

Two-piece s-tine shanks are available for rock-free areas.  This shank features 190 lb. point load and will accommodate any sweep with a 47-degree stem angle. Landoll also offers a Danish-style tine; the 9400 Series features 4″ shank spacing and the 9600 Series features 6″ shank spacing.

Hitch Options

New to the Landoll Field Cultivator line-up is the floating hitch option.  This design allows the cultivator to independently follow varying rolling terrain, terraced or hilly ground.  The front gauge wheels follow the ground contour, allowing the sweeps to maintain a consistent depth.  Even when the hitch is being pulled at an upward or downward angle in various terrain, the fore/aft levelness of the frame is maintained according to ground conditions.

A self-leveling hitch option is also offered and is ideal for large acreage coverage in flat terrain.  This hitch maintains the adjustments of the front to rear frame setting at any operating depth and directs positive weight onto the tractor drawbar, regardless of which finishing attachment is selected.

There’s More

UHMW polymer is used on all rockshaft bearing surfaces.  This provides maintenance free operation over longer periods of time.  The 10” lift cylinders are equipped with hardened wear bushings in all pivots and nickel and chrome plated rods for extended life.  Single point depth control at the front of the machine provides precise depth control.  Adjustable pivoting wing gauge wheels are standard equipment on 28’ through 50’ models.  All frame hinge joints are equipped with 1 ¼” hardened pins that rotate on maintenance free plastic bushings.

The 9600 Series is available in sizes from 20’6” to 50’6”.  Landoll offers a variety of optional rear leveling devices; choose from a 4-Row Coil Tine, 5-Row Spike, 3-Row Tine and Reel, 3-Bar Spike and Reel or 3-Row Spike and Double Flat Blade Reel .  A rear hitch for towing additional implements is also available.

Increase your R.O.I. by creating the perfect seedbed and eliminating costly downtime with the 9600 Series Field Cultivator – that’s the Landoll way!
