Bonus payments will be mailed to the address listed in the W-9 form on file with Landoll Company. Warranty registration and payment must be completed prior to bonuses being issued.
NOTE: A W-9 form must be submitted each year.

- Print out the W-9 form. Sign and date the printed copy.
- Fax the signed & dated copy to Amy Wallander at 888-761-8568, or scan it and email the scan to moc.llodnal@rednallaw.yma.
